Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using IPTV Sidekick ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms are between you and Poiynt Platforms Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

2. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

3. Purchase and payment

IPTV Sidekick is a one-time purchase of €1.99. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no in-app purchases. Payment is processed through the platform store (e.g. LG Content Store). All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Your content and playlists

The App allows you to enter M3U playlist URLs to access IPTV channels. You are solely responsible for the content you stream and the playlist URLs you provide. You must ensure you have the legal right to access any content through the App. We do not provide, host, or endorse any IPTV content.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to infringe intellectual property rights
• To transmit any harmful code, malware, or interfering software
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems
• In any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including code, designs, logos, and trademarks, belong to Poiynt Platforms Ltd or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property except as necessary to use the App.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poiynt Platforms Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
